Helen Ezeh is an experienced Legal Advisor and Company Secretary with a demonstrated history of working in corporate establishments. She has over 12 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal risk, litigation management, and contract negotiation. Helen engages organizations with project negotiation and advice on legal strategy and corporate commercial partnerships. Helen liaises with statutory and regulatory agencies like the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigeria Customs Services (NCS), Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), The National Pension Commission (PENCOM), Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) etc. on behalf of diverse clients.
Helen works with Business Development Officers to maintain new, existing and prospective contracts to create value and generate revenue. She evaluates business activities (e.g. investments) to assess compliance risk and keep adequate records of regulatory submissions, reports, correspondences, and other confidential documents of organizations.
Helen is highly skilled in contract negotiation, corporate registrations, drafting, vetting, and implementing company policies and code of ethics. She is also skilled in Data Analysis and Strategic Planning with Innovative ideas & Solutions.
