As CEO of XFP Initiatives & X Factor Productions Limited, he leads with vision and purpose, creating platforms that nurture emerging artists and drive innovation in the entertainment industry.

A first-class graduate in Business Administration from the University of Hull, and a postgraduate of the University of Greenwich, Jay blends academic excellence with street-smart industry experience. He began his journey in Nigeria, where his love for entertainment and entrepreneurship was born, and has since become a respected figure in both the Nigerian and UK creative scenes.

An early supporter of Afrobeats in the UK, Jay is also a major investor in Cocoa Bar, a cultural hotspot. He has worked with icons like 2Baba, Tony Tetuila, Idris Abdulkareem, and Artquake, helping shape the early stages of their careers. His work spans across event promotion, artiste management, and entertainment investments throughout Nigeria, the UK, and Africa at large.
